Contact

One address, and a person reading it.

There is no ticket queue and no form. Every route below ends in the same inbox, read by the developer who builds this. What follows is what to send where, and what you can reasonably expect back.

A bug, or something it should do

Send your Chrome version, the site and the field it went wrong on, the profile you were using, and what happened instead. That is usually enough to reproduce it without a second round of questions. Missing profiles and feature requests come to the same address.

Your data, and your rights over it

Requests under KVKK art. 11 or GDPR arts. 15 to 22 — access, correction, erasure, objection — go to the same address and are answered within 30 days. Worth knowing before you write: there are no accounts, no server-side records and no analytics, so in almost every case the honest answer is that we hold nothing about you to produce, correct or erase.

A security problem

Write privately before writing publicly, and leave a reasonable window for a fix to ship. There is no bug bounty — this is a free extension built by one person — but you will be credited in the release notes if you want to be.

Anything else

Press, a question the FAQ does not answer, a site you would like to see handled better, or that it worked and you wanted to say so. All of it is read.

What to expect

A reply from a person
Usually within a couple of working days. This is Yusuf Demirci answering, on Türkiye time (UTC+3) — not a support rota, so the odd week runs longer.
No account to look up
There is nothing on our side to look up: no accounts, no server-side records, no usage history attached to you. Whatever you can see in the panel is the whole of it.
Data requests inside 30 days
That is the commitment in the Privacy Policy, and it is a ceiling rather than a target — the answer is usually short, so it usually comes back quickly.
Your message used for nothing else
Your address is used to answer you. It does not go on a list, into a newsletter, or anywhere else.

What writing in cannot fix

Recover a draft
Text you put in the panel lives in your own browser's storage and never leaves your machine. If it is gone there, there is no copy here either.
Get an account unsuspended elsewhere
We have no relationship with the platforms you post on, and no standing to ask anything of them on your behalf.
Rule on another site's terms
Automation clauses differ from platform to platform. Read the ones that apply to you — the FAQ explains where the line sits, but the judgement is yours.

There is no contact form on this page. A form needs a server to receive what you type into it, and this project deliberately does not have one — the same reason there is no account, no analytics, and no copy of your text anywhere but your own machine.
